At Jamie Gillooly Fitness, I believe that moving your body can and should be a source of joy. For me, it inspires hope and makes me a better wife, mom, and friend.
Battling an eating disorder in her early 20’s led Jamie on a journey to discover health and wellness. Instead of using exercise as punishment she was able to change her mindset to see fitness as a gift. Jamie’s concept is simple: When we connect our heart to movement we will thrive. Her goal is to be a healthy example and source of encouragement to her family, friends, clients and, most importantly, her two daughters.
