In-Person Classes

JG Fitness in San Diego offers cutting edge group fitness classes in a friendly and fun environment.

Experience energizing in-person classes in San Diego that combine strength and cardio conditioning. Ideal for relieving stress, boosting endurance, building strength, and improving balance and flexibility. Conclude each session with a nourishing stretch and meditation, leaving you feeling grounded and restored both inside and out. 

Options are offered for all fitness levels in every class! No previous experience necessary.

8:30 am Sunday classes are held @ Golden State Ballet Academy.

An upbeat athletic fusion of Ballet,Yoga and Pilates targeting all of the muscle groups while creating a long, lean and strong body. Barre is not a typical strength class. Instead it focuses on muscular endurance & will challenge you in a completely different way.

Dance training is not required!

Please bring your own yoga mat, hand towel, water bottle, a set of light hand weights (3-5lbs). No shoes required. *Barre socks optional.

HIIT is a specific format alternating quick bursts of cardio with brief, recovery phases throughout a single workout. Build speed, endurance, and enhance your overall fitness & well-being through this very popular option!

Tabata is a version of HIIT. Tabata training breaks a workout down into shorter and more defined intervals – 8 sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of brief rest.
