Rev up your workouts with High Intensity Interval Training! HIIT is a specific format alternating quick bursts of cardio with active recovery strength exercises throughout a single workout. Build stamina, increase strength, and enhance your overall fitness & well-being through this very popular option!
Tabata is a version of HIIT. Tabata training breaks a workout down into shorter and more defined intervals – 8 sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of brief rest.

C3 – Core Conditioning Circuit

Strengthening your core can take your performance to the next level! C3 combines core muscle conditioning, trunk stabilization techniques and postural alignment exercises to create a well-rounded training routine. Using your body weight, bands, and dumbbells C3 will improve your strength, balance, coordination, posture, and stamina. This format will ensure you’re building a strong, balanced core in all planes of movement.

Strictly Strength

In this format the major goal here is simple: To get stronger. Unleash your power in a strength circuit workout that alternates weightlifting with bodyweight resistance to keep you challenged.

Barre Sculpt

An upbeat athletic fusion of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates that targets all muscle groups while creating a long, lean, and strong body. Barre is not a typical strength class. Instead, it focuses on muscular endurance & will challenge you in a completely different way! No prior dance training is required.
