Individual Private Training provides the ultimate in guidance and support! In these exclusive sessions you will have Jamie’s undivided attention as she designs a program specifically for you, based on your goals and needs. Start here if you want to maximize the most in coaching and accountability to reach your goals!
Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Training or “Buddy-training” is when you team up with a friend or partner and share a training session.
This training offers you the same attention-to-detail as Private Training with the additional support and accountability of a friend or relative. Booking a 2-to-1 training session is a great way to keep each other on track and motivated. Plus, it’s lots of fun too!
Private & Semi -Private Training Membership Includes:
- Health Assessment and Goal Setting
- 1x or 2x per week training sessions
- Jamie by your side - collaborating on your personal wellness and fitness plan outside of 1:1 sessions
- JG Fitness Virtual Plus Membership -> Access to all in-person, livestream & on-demand workouts, movement challenges, and FIT FAM community.
